Simon, founder of The Gild and highly regarded global strategist, specialises in transformative brand thinking including consumer strategy, brand positioning, innovation and creative application. The Gild won several awards for brand strategy and D&AD for design. Simon has worked with major global brands such as Sony, Campari Group, Carlsberg and Nike.





Jon co-founded the creative agency adam&eveDDB best known for their John Lewis ads, has worked with Nike, launched Harry Potter online, re-launched Save the Children and co-founded UNICEF’S World Children’s day. adam&eve was awarded Campaign agency of the year five times, Cannes Lions Agency of the year twice and the IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix three times and recently, most successful UK agency of the last 50 years.
